Job Summary
Commercial Property Asset Management Surveyor sought to aid in the management of a large, single commercial site in the Edinburgh area.The key elements of the role will be to manager activities across the site, managing tenancy relationships and occupancy matters; dealing with day to day property management issues as well as working collaboratively with staff, and contractors to ensure that properties are maintained, and services are delivered to a high standard and will project manage upgrades to facilities.
The successful candidate will likely be from a Commercial Property Asset Management background being possibly, (albeit not necessarily) a Chartered Surveyor. Experience of managing a small team is also required for the post.
This exceptional opportunity is site based, located in the Edinburgh area and paying a salary of circa £55 - £60,000 dependant upon experience.
