Job Summary

Our client manages, develops, and rents out properties all over Cape Town, focusing on residential, commercial, industrial as well as retail spaces. With a recent vacancy in their accounts department, they are looking for a detail-orientated Credit Controller. Although, they have a lean team, they have curated a fast-paced environment and need someone that will perform in accordance. Daily, you will be responsible for checking bank statements and assigning payments to the correct tenants. Furthermore, you will take on the task of rehabilitating and retaining the tenants, account recons and sending out statements. Working closely with tenants to solve tenant queries, chasing arrears, sending out letters of demand and handling the legal processes of bad debt will all form part of your month. A role of this nature requires an individual with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. MDA software experience is essential in this office. If you have five years or more of experience in creditors' control in the property industry, professional telephonic skills, and accuracy, this might be the perfect fit.
