I’m currently recruiting for a Property Data Manager to join the property team of one of the UK’s most recognisable retail businesses on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of property, data and technology, taking ownership of property information and turning complex datasets into meaningful insight for a high-profile, international retail portfolio.
The Opportunity
You’ll play a key role in maintaining, improving and developing the property data that supports the estate — helping ensure the business has accurate, accessible and actionable information to support property decisions.
The role will involve:
- Managing and maintaining property data across a large retail portfolio
- Improving data quality, consistency and governance
- Working with property teams and wider stakeholders to understand data requirements
- Producing reports, analysis and dashboards to support decision-making
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and the use of property technology
- Supporting ongoing property data and systems projects
- Helping drive a more data-led approach to property management
You might come from a property data, property systems, property management, asset management, estates or business intelligence background.
More important than having a particular job title is being someone who is:
- Highly analytical and comfortable working with large datasets
- Confident using Excel and property/data systems
- Naturally organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across a large organisation
- Interested in how data, technology and property can work together
- Able to take ownership and improve processes rather than simply maintain them
