Job Summary

Property Development & Investment business based around the North Derbyshire region, have need for an additional Commercial Surveyor to join the team! The role will involve a mix of tasks associated with managing the businesses retained portfolio, whilst also providing support to the more senior members of the team. This position would suit a recently MRICS qualified surveyor, (or very nearly MRICS) who has enjoyed a varied training background, (within the General Practice sector). Salary and package will reflect experience and qualifications (circa £35 - £40,000).
