Job Summary
We proudly represent the world's most iconic brands who are looking to expand the groups property team and seeking a talented Property Manager. The role will be based from the vibrant London HQ in Soho and will offer up to £40k plus benefits.In this exciting role, you'll be an integral part of managing the organisations extensive freehold portfolio which has experienced remarkable growth in recent years across various sectors, including High Street Retail, Retail Parks, Shopping Centers, Warehouse/Industrial, and Offices.
As the successful candidate, you'll take charge of managing the estate's external tenants in collaboration with an external property management company. This role involves:
- Rent Collection
- Service Charge and budget management
- Business rates management
- CAPEX and maintenance projects, working alongside the projects team
- Identification of value-add initiatives throughout the estate
