They are seeking a dynamic and proactive Receptionist to be the face of their business.The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a professional demeanour, and a keen eye for detail. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will manage front desk operations, handle inquiries, and ensure a welcoming environment. Responsibilities include answering phone calls and ensuring queries are transferred to the right department, managing appointments, coordinating administrative tasks, and supporting the team with various office functions.
The successful incumbent will have at least 3 years' reception or administrative experience within the residential property industry, proficiency in using Microsoft Suite, and the ability to multitask efficiently. Additionally, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be committed to upholding the company's high standards of client service.
