Job Summary
Macdonald & Company are working exclusively with a large London based leisure/ F&B operator who are looking to appoint a Property Manager/ Senior Surveyor. They operate over 350+ freehold properties the majority of which are within the South East.Owing to a member of the team retiring this is a new position to work directly with the Head of Property.
As part of this role the ideal candidate will be tasked with:
L&T matters along with lease obligations and licenses for alterations
Increasing/ enhancing property values through potential development opportunities
Responsible for Service Charges across the estate.
Ideally candidates will have:
2-3 Years experience
Preferably RICS
London based and happy to travel
