Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and manage project budgets, estimates, and cost plans for fitting out projects.
- Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and risk assessment to optimize project costs.
- Review and negotiate subcontractor and supplier contracts to ensure cost efficiency.
- Monitor project expenditures and prepare regular cost reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the project team to track project progress and identify any cost variations.
- Manage change orders and variations to ensure accurate cost tracking.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and identify potential cost implications.
- Provide cost input for project proposals and tender submissions.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers on all commercial matters.
- HD in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in fitting out projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and procurement processes.
