Job Summary
We’re working with a well respected London based firm of chartered surveyors and property consultants who operate throughout the UK.This opportunity offers the chance to work as part of a dedicated Rating team with close links with a variety of property disciplines and across a wide range of property sectors. The Rating team in enjoys an exceptionally strong reputation in the market and all team members are recognised as experts in their field.
As such, you will have the opportunity to work with and on behalf of some truly noteworthy clients in respect of major property assets, including some of the most ambitious development schemes in London and the wider UK.
This role joins a market leading team of Ratings Surveyors who are hiring in to this position based on the growth of the business and them recently winning new mandates.
About you:
- MRICS / RICS / IRRV qualified
- Technical knowledge in valuing a range of property types.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Full driving licence.
