Job Summary
Our Investment & Asset Management client from the US is actively hiring a Analyst in Asset Management. Our client currently 2.5 billion assets under management and 169 assets across health-care, office, retail, logistics, and student accommodation in Germany.Day-to-day tasks:
- Supporting the development, management and improvement of individual properties based on the underwriting and business plan assumptions in close cooperation with the local property managers and other service providers.
- Participating in leasing processes including the preparation of lease approvals and compiling of lease agreements and participating in revitalisation or capital expenditure projects as part of the business plan execution.
- Regular interaction with tenants and property managers including the preparation and follow-up of those meetings.
- Preparing, implementing, updating and reviewing business plans with the aim of optimising the performance of the property and portfolio economics.
- Preparing of budget compilations and cash flow analyses with the help of a sustainable and proven portfolio model.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor / Master degree required with a specialization in Real Estate and/or Economics
- Working student roles and Interships in commercial Real Estate Asset Management ideally in an international set up
- Proficient analytical, technical and writing skills including very good knowledge of standard MS Office applications
- Must have strong German & English fluency (written and verbal).
- Eager to learn and contribute and therefore being open minded to get staffed on various projects.
- Strong inter-personal skills to deal professionally and credible with senior executives and external partners or service providers.
