Job Summary
Our client is a leading real estate debt advisory & real estate investment management firm, is seeking a Real Estate Debt Analyst to join our team.As a Real Estate Debt Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the team’s efforts to originate, underwrite, and manage real estate debt investments across various property types and markets.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis on real estate markets, properties, and debt products
- Assist in the underwriting and due diligence of potential debt investments, including financial analysis and modeling
- Prepare investment memorandums, presentations, and reports for senior management
- Monitor and report on the performance of existing debt investments, including compliance with loan covenants and financial reporting
- Collaborate with the broader investment team to identify and execute on investment opportunities
- Maintain relationships with key industry contacts, including lenders, brokers, and other market participants
- Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, economics, or a related field
- 0-4 years of experience in real estate debt investing, underwriting, or analysis
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including experience with financial modeling and analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other financial modeling software
