About the client:A rapidly growing alternative Asset Manager with AUM of over half a billion, operating across a range of sectors and asset classes including private credit, private equity and real estate. Providing funding solutions across the capital structure and has complete flexibility in a changing funding market.
The real estate team is hiring a new investment analyst to support the current growth trajectory. As an investment analyst you will contribute to the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of real estate investment opportunities.
Core characteristics:
• Self starter – will be driving their projects
• Commercially minded vs a technical accountant only
• 1-3 years of experience (private debt, investment banking or property experience preferred but a demonstratable interest in some form of finance is required).
• Demonstratable curiosity
• Self-starter who can take initiative
• Comfortable and confident in managing internal and external relationships
• Enjoys being challenged and navigating complexity
• Thrives in a fast-paced working environment and is a team player
