Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:- Manage multiple retail fitting out projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to specifications.
- Proactively identify and resolve project issues and conflicts to keep projects on track.
- Communicate project status, updates, and milestones to clients and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in retail fitting out projects.
- Strong knowledge of retail construction processes, materials, and techniques.
- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
