You will drive statutory and management reporting, oversee audits, taxation, VAT, cash flow forecasting, reconciliations, and financial controls, while providing critical support to strategic decision-making. The role also includes oversight of banking and investment activities, creditor management, budgeting support, and the leadership of a finance team comprising 2 Bookkeepers and 3 Administrators. Candidates should hold a relevant Accounting degree, possess at least five years' finance management experience, and demonstrate strong technical expertise in reporting, compliance, budgeting, and financial analysis.
