Working closely with leasing and development teams, you’ll help shape tenant mix strategies, advise on layout optimisation, and ensure a seamless retail offering that aligns with the broader precinct vision. This is a commercially driven role where you’ll interpret financial models, drive revenue growth, manage tenant relationships, and oversee value-enhancing capex initiatives. You'll be expected to think like an investor and act like an operator.
The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years’ experience in retail asset management, ideally within mixed-use or precinct-style environments. You’ll have a strong understanding of leasing dynamics, retail performance metrics, and commercial property finance. You enjoy engaging with tenants as much as you do analysing numbers. Most importantly, you’re proactive and entrepreneurial, someone who thrives in a high-accountability, low-ego culture where ideas are welcomed, and execution is everything.
