Do you want to join one of the biggest JSE-listed Commercial Property Developers?Our client is a leading South African real estate business who specialize in the investment into high yielding commercial, retail and industrial assets both locally and abroad. With an existing multi-billion-rand portfolio, this dynamic company manages all their assets in-house to ensure their tenants receive A-grade services.
With capacity in their Cape Town offices, they are currently looking for an Exhibitions Manager to manage their non-GLA portfolio. Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Lease management (manage entire lease journey from lead to exit)
- Generate and manage lease expiry schedules for portfolio.
- Manage all arrears for promo courts and kiosks.
- Generate new leads for promo courts and kiosks.
- Manage all relationships with film/production houses.
- Ensure that the shoot runs efficiently.
- Manage all partners to increase income & sales.
- Ensure all partner reports are submitted on time.
- Generate new opportunities for additional inventories.
