They are seeking a skilled Retail Leasing Administrator to become part of their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for drafting various lease-related documents, ensuring tenant compliance with FICA regulations, and conducting thorough credit checks. You will also manage lease agreements, input deals into MDA, track documentation, generate reports, and handle administrative queries from property management companies. Additionally, you will oversee the safekeeping of original lease documents, process adjustments during the lease administration process, and ensure bank guarantees and deposits are correctly handled.
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity, strong proficiency in MDA, and exceptional attention to detail. This is a high-performance environment where you will be given the support and training needed upfront, but they expect a high level of independence and accuracy thereafter. You’ll be joining a small, efficient team where each member is relied upon to get the job done.
