Their strategy involves maximizing returns for property owners through market listings, cash purchases, and competitive auctions. Experiencing robust growth in the UK market, our client is expanding their team based in South Africa and looking to hire two to three additional Sales Consultants. As an online property brokerage, this role will involve remote work on weekdays, with occasional weekend availability required during UK business hours.

The successful candidate will manage client relationships, handle business inquiries, pursue leads, assess client requirements, and offer optimal solutions. Additional responsibilities include negotiating mutually beneficial sales, conducting online property valuations, collaborating with team members, ensuring strong brand representation, and surpassing predefined targets.

Fluent - clear English communication, a stable internet connection, and access to backup power are essential requirements for this role. Additionally, a minimum of 2 years of experience in residential sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment are crucial. Knowledge of property principles, adept problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative approach are also key to success in this position. A qualification in a property-related field would be beneficial.
