Job Summary
A rare opportunity to join a well-established and well-funded commercial property investor/developer.This role is home-based and would suit a candidate who lives ideally in the West Midlands or South Yorkshire. We are looking for an eperienced Asset Manager to join the business at Associate Director level. You will have autonomy to lead on the conception and delivery of value-add asset management strategies on this mixed commercial portfolio.
Salary and package are flexible and will depend on expeirence. Likely c£60-80,000 + Car Allowance and bonus, albeit there can be some flexibility on this for the right candidate.
