Job Summary
We are partnering with a reputable real estate private fund to look for a Senior Associate / Associate based in Hong Kong, covering Greater China market.- Assist management to support fund operations and management, investment/portfolio management, transaction support, due diligence, budgeting, financial analysis, financial modelling, documentation, execution and administration relating to various types of investments;
- Prepare financial analysis and modelling, market research, and investor reports and other transaction documentations;
- Support bank financing;
- Liaise with external parties such as lawyer, auditor, valuer and so on to assist finance and administrative matters
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor degree in finance, accounting or other related majors;
- Min 5 years of relevant working experience in real estate;
- Solid experience in financial analysis. modelling and other due diligence support;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Details and result oriented;
- Fluent in Chinese and English
