Senior Associate/ Director – Authorized Person (List 1 Architect)

Job Summary

• Client Relationship Management: maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Business Development:  Involved in business development activities, such as identifying new project opportunities, preparing proposals, and participating in client presentations.
• Industry Knowledge: Attend conferences, workshops, and seminars to enhance their professional knowledge and skills.
• Project Management: Responsible for managing architectural projects from conception to completion. This includes coordinating with clients, stakeholders, and project teams, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and overseeing the quality of architectural designs and construction.
• Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to architectural teams. They assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide feedback to team members. They also foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Design Development: Contribute to the design development process by providing input, reviewing design proposals, and ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

• Authorized Person (List 1) is a must
• Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture is required.
• Over 20 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp, is essential. Directors of Architecture should also have a strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
• Strong leadership and management skills are crucial for this role. Directors of Architecture should be able to motivate and inspire their teams, make strategic decisions, and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
