We are seeking a motivated and experienced Office Broker to join their team in Tokyo.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate, having worked for a major international broker, and a passion for helping businesses find their perfect workspace.
You will be responsible for:
- Client Acquisition: Identifying and reaching out to potential clients who are looking for office space solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored office solutions.
- Market Research: Conducting market research to stay updated on the latest trends and opportunities in the co-working and commercial real estate sectors.
- Negotiation: Negotiating lease terms and agreements to ensure favorable outcomes for both clients and the company.
- Collaboration: Working closely with our sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver exceptional service and support to our clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Broker or in a similar role within the commercial real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of the co-working and flexible office space market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Fluency in Japanese and English.
