Job Summary
Key Responsibilities- Review and verify contractor payment applications for CSA works.
- Manage cost reporting, forecasting, cash flow monitoring, and budget control.
- Assess variations, claims, and change orders, providing commercial recommendations.
- Prepare and review quantity measurements and cost assessments.
- Maintain accurate commercial records and support contract administration activities.
- Work closely with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure effective cost management across the project.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, MEP or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in cost management on major building projects.
- Strong experience in civil, structural, and architectural works, including high-rise buildings, deep basements, and complex structures or MEP works
- Experience working with Chinese EPC contractors and projects in Kazakhstan.
- Good understanding of FIDIC contracts, variations, claims, and payment certification.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
