Job Summary
Working for a major land and property owner, the Senior Disposals Manager will be responsible for the strategic management and delivery of surplus land and property, overseeing the evaluation, clearance, and sale of land and assets no longer required, delivering best value. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including internal teams, managing agents, suppliers, and legal experts, to ensure smooth and efficient operations throughout the disposals process.You will maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, including tenants and former property owners and obtain necessary approval for all sales.
The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Surveyor (or equivalent), with expertise in property valuation, disposal, and programme management and a solid understanding of the legal frameworks surrounding property disposal, particularly those acquired through compulsory purchase or government compensation schemes.
