Are you an Surveyor with Estates and Asset Management expertise looking for your next challenge?We are proud to be working exclusively with a Local Government client based in Hertfordshire seeking a Senior Estates Surveyor to join their existing team. This role will offer up to £65,000 inclusive of a market supplement and offers a hybrid working policy.
The role will require and develop your Asset Management experience and understanding of commercial development to help achieve the organisations aspirations for their mixed commercial portfolio.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day Operational and Community focussed assets in addition to working closely with the Council's Investment and Regeneration team. The role will include:
- Providing strategic land and property advice
- Overseeing and managing junior members of the team
- Managing caseload of Landlord and Tenant and general transactional works
- Provide a lease advisory service i.e. Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals, Re-gears, etc.
