Job Summary
We are working with a semi government entity in Hong Kong, our client is a group/Deelopers who own and lease real estate assets solely in Hong Kong.This is an exciting opportunity to oversee multiple real estate assets and a mixed-use portfolio, the incumbent would manage the delivery of establishing new operations/FM maintenance programmes.
The preferred candidate should possess a solid MEP, Building Services and FM engineering and operational background as well as experience in operations and PPM planning, the preferred candidate should possess maintenance, crisis management and HSE experience for both operational buildings and new build projects.
APAC work experience is preferable.
You should have at least 6-8 years of experience in engineering or facilities services and four years’ experience in the operation of MEP services for critical buildings and the ability to manage multiple sites, as well as the ability to manage all third-party contractors and consultants.
The preferred candidate must have experience overseeing chiller plants and BMS systems.
A Degree in MEP or Building services is preferable. Experience client side or consultancy side would be considered.
Hong Kong work experience is essential.
