Job Summary
Our client is a reputable Real Estate Management Firm with strong presence across APAC. To facilitate the company growth and active projects, they are looking for a 6-month Senior Fund Accountant to join their team in the Singapore Office.Reporting to the Head of Finance, your responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the Consolidation and financial reporting on the monthly and quarterly basis
- Assisting the Fund reporting at the corporate level, supporting the investor reports and the related schedules
- Reviewing financial statements for audit reviews and working with external auditors on audit requests
- Monitoring the cash flow at the corporate level, looking after the cash and bank management
- Responsible for the tax filings and annual returns
- Communicate and business partner with both internal and external stakeholders
- Support ad hoc projects e.g. system implementation and the related UAT testing
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or similar discipline with audit training in audit firms is a plus
- Professional qualifications in CPA/ ACCA or equivalent is preferred
- Experiences in Fund management and related reporting is needed
- Regional/ Global exposure are highly preferred
- Good attitude to learn and with good analytical mindset
- Good team work which is able to work independently
