Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, HR Business Partnering to join our team in Malaysia. The successful candidate will play a critical role in aligning our HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a high-performance culture, and driving organizational effectiveness. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices.Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and drive organizational performance.
- Talent Management: Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to ensure a robust talent pipeline. Implement succession planning and career development programs.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, managing conflict resolution, and promoting employee engagement initiatives.
- Performance Management: Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms to enhance employee productivity and development.
- Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives by providing guidance on change management strategies and ensuring smooth transitions.
- HR Metrics and Analytics: Utilize HR data and analytics to drive informed decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Leadership Development: Design and implement leadership development programs to build a strong leadership pipeline and enhance managerial capabilities.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in HR business partnering, talent management, and employee relations.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws and regulations.
