Job Summary
A leading, multi-disciplinary property consultancy based in Central London is looking to add to their extremely busy Planning team as they deal with more and more projects they have been instructed on. As a Senior Planner, you will be working closely with Associates and Directors on major projects across several sectors including the residential, commercial, mixed-use, education and student accommodation markets.As Senior Planner, you will be a chartered member of the RTPI or working towards chartership and have experience in working on projects in London and the South East. You will need to have a solid understanding of the UK planning system with a focus on London & the London Plan and strong communications skills are vital.
Consultancy experience is favoured however, individuals who have worked on major projects across London or with the GLA will be considered from the public sector.
