Job Summary
This property developer is looking for a town planner who would be interested in a client-side role, making the move away from consultancy and going in-house. Ideally at either planner or senior planner level, you'd be asked to manage an expanding development portfolio working alongside external project teams and reporting into the development and construction team.This is a great chance to move away from the fee-generation and churn of a consultancy life, and instead be a valued member of a small development team, using your planning experience to handle the applications from a developer's point of view, using external consultants as needed and ensuring a smooth transactional process from inception to handover to the project team.
