A rapidly expanding Residential Developer in Manchester is seeking an ambitious Portfolio/Property Manager to lead their current Property and Lettings Management team.You will be looking after a mixed portfolio of BTR, Co Living, and HMO properties which are mostly spread throughout the wider North West region. Experience leading a team is desired.
Salary and package are flexible depeding on experience. Likely c£40-45,000+Package - possibly more for an exceptional candidate.
