Job Summary
This busy mixed-use developer is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join them and help deliver some complex and exciting developments, particularly at the start of the construction phase. You'll be thrown right in at the deep end with setting up the infrastructure of roads and utilities, making sure the project is on time and on budget and using external consultants as necessary to help with cost and any specialisms needed. This project management will eventually continue through the whole build process, looking after this large-scale endeavour all the way through to completion.The office is in Birmingham, but you'll likely work from site or home some of the week as well, with hybrid working fully embraced by this forward-thinking developer.
You can be from a surveying or engineering background with any relevant qualification (MRICS, MICE, MAPM etc) but need to show experience in working on large or complex infrastructure projects, either from a construction consultancy, contractor or another developer.
