Have you ever thought of going clientside to a developer? Maybe wondered what the difference would be, how the work from consultancy translates and what it would mean for your career?This mixed-use developer in the North West is looking for someone like you. Someone with experience at consultancy up to at least Senior Project Manager level, and ideally having worked on large or mixed-use construction projects, who wants to take that leap to work for the client themselves, see the whole project from inception to completion and take that next step.
You need to be autonomous enough to be given a project and run with it, so you do need experience in large projects eg high-rise residential, hotels, retail, industrial or similar. In return you'll be getting involved from full cradle to grave project delivery, helping and learning more about the front-end development appraisal process all the way through to handing over the keys.
