Job Summary
This growing and busy residential developer is looking for a Senior PM to join them. You'd be looking after the delivery of a variety of residential projects (hotels, PRS, Student accommodation, retirement etc) throughout the UK, high-rise in the main, and watching the buildings grow over time.You don't necessarily need to have experience in delivering high-rise new-builds as a Project Manager, but it would help. Delivering larger or complex projects will be useful in general, and you can be from a project, building or cost background.
