As the Senior Site Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of site operations and logistics, ensuring the successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 25 years of experience as a construction site manager and safety manager.
- Lead and direct all site operations, including planning, organizing, and supervising construction activities to ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor work quality and ensure control measures are in place to mitigate any potential risks.
- Monitor and maintain project schedules, ensuring that milestones and deadlines are met.
- Lead and monitor contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless coordination and timely execution of projects.
- Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement among site staff and subcontractors.
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and potential solutions.
- Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering, Building or Construction Management
- Minimum of 25 years of experience in construction management and safety management.
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget.
- Comprehensive construction management experience and ability to manage contractors and sub-contractors to deliver large-scale projects in the most cost-effective and sustainable manner
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and protocols, with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
