Job Summary
Role: Business Rates Manager (MRICS Senior Surveyor)Location: London (Flexible)
Salary: £60,000 to £75,000 DOE
My client has an exciting opportunity for a MRICS Senior Surveyor to manage and be responsible for a complex business rates caseload for clients’ commercial property assets located in the Southern region with occasional requirement for national work.
You will be part of an exciting journey with a rapidly growing national rating team. You will be responsible for the growth and development of opportunities in region as well as working in partnership with the wider national business rates team.
You will be expected to have a solid understanding of all rating valuation methods including the comparable rental method, receipts and expenditure and contractors. You will be well connected in the regional business rates agent community and be a competent negotiator when dealing directly with the Agencies on your allocated case load. You will be given immediate allocation of case work to manage and service.
