Are you a South African licensed SACPVP Professional Valuer looking to join a leading international organisation? Our client is an esteemed global brand and the market leader locally too.This award-winning organisation is looking to appoint a Senior Valuer to drive the South African side of its valuation business. Whilst they enjoy a presence throughout Sub Saharan African, your focus would be on the South African commercial market, providing valuation advice to clients across various assets types.
Your duties would include adopting appropriate methods and techniques while inspecting, undertaking research and valuations, in order to produce easily understood reports which are compliant with global standards and International best practice. Therefore, applying your sector and market experience in a flexible manner is a must.
Candidates considered for this role will include individuals registered as a SA Professional Valuer with 5 years post qualification experience. Being a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and a registered RICS valuer would be advantageous. Daily use of discounted cash flows and MRI would be very beneficial.
