Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:- Project Management: Manage all aspects of facade installation projects, from initial planning to final handover, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless workflow and timely project delivery.
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes to guarantee that facade installations meet design specifications and industry standards.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations on site, conducting regular safety inspections and addressing any issues promptly.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
- Problem Solving: Identify and address any challenges or obstacles that may arise during project execution, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, site records, and change orders, to track project milestones and ensure transparency.
- Proven experience in site management within the facade construction industry.
- Strong understanding of facade installation techniques, materials, and systems.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
