Job Summary
We are currently looking to hire a real estate asset manager to join our PERE client in Berlin team.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Proactive asset management of mainly office & retail buildings in Germany
▪ Development and implementation of asset strategies
▪ Negotiation of lease contracts with major tenants
▪ Preparing and updating of business plans, budgets, forecasts and reports on property and portfolio level
▪ Implementation of profitability calculations and discounted cash flow considerations
EXPERIENCE
▪ Five to seven years of prior relevant work experience in real estate asset management and investment management roles in Real Estate Private Equity
▪ Successfully completed University degree in economics or real estate with an economic orientation (etc. Master of Real Estate, Real Estate Economics)
▪ Fluency in German and English –both written and oral –due to the international nature of the company
▪ Excellent communication skills
▪ Strong numerical and analytical skills (MS Excel)
▪ High resilience,perseverance and confidence
▪ Ability to work under minimum guidance under own initiatives fast pace
