Are you tired of being "just another number"?Owned and managed by the founding Director and his sons, this property development and management company offers a personalised work experience which they duplicate in their dealings with tenants and stakeholders. Their student accommodation portfolio consists of 600 beds in Johannesburg, and is set to grow over time as they are looking to develop new stock in other parts of the country.
They are looking to appoint a property accountant who has MDA experience, as well as a minimum of 2 years' experience in student accommodation as this role is not only about finance. The successful encumberant will also take on various property management functions by dealing directly with tenants, facilities staff and university stakeholders as well as government agencies which provide subsidies on these units. Although the role is Johannesburg based, the growth trajectory of this portfolio may have you visiting campuses in Cape Town in due course.
