Job Summary

Project Manager – Project Administration, Data Centres 

Key responsibilities:
  1. Assist Project Director in administration of project documents, and managing contracts with suppliers, contractors, and consultants and assist in payment processes
  2. Co-ordinate with external project manager and construction manager such as meetings and meeting minutes and follow up
  3. Organise project reporting for Project Management Office and project stakeholders
  4. Assist in change control process of the project and follow through on each change request
  5. Assist in co-ordination with external legal advisors on legal document reviews 
Job requirements:
  1. University graduate with at least 5 years working experience and prior experience in project administration
  2. Relevant experience in project and contract management is preferred.
  3. Good written and spoken English and Japanese
  4. Adaptive team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  5. Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
