In this pivotal role, you will specialise in commercial real estate transaction management and tenant representation. Your responsibilities will include leading tenant searches, negotiating leases, and securing top-tier tenants. You will also spearhead business development initiatives through CRM tools, social media, and direct marketing while collaborating with project teams or working independently to close deals.
You will engage in market research, networking, and leveraging stock management systems, CRM, data analytics, and financial reporting to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in leasing management or tenant representation, along with a proven success record. A degree in Property Studies or Commerce and PPRA Fidelity Fund certification are preferred. You should be self-motivated, excel under pressure, and possess strong communication skills to engage effectively with key decision-makers. A valid driver’s license and access to your own vehicle are essential.
