Job Summary

Operating through three branches nationwide, they have ascended to the top by delivering comprehensive management services to sectional title and homeowners associations, supported by a team of dedicated professionals who share a unified goal.To support their continued growth, they are seeking to expand their Johannesburg team by hiring a Transfer Administrator for their Fourways office.
This role is integral to their high-performing team, with key responsibilities including:
• Reporting on the number of transfers
• Identifying and implementing solutions to streamline the transfer process
• Assisting in the issuance of clearance certificates
• Providing administrative invoices to attorneys
• Advising on special levy increases
• Identifying and managing accounts in arrears
• Opening client accounts
• Calculating clearance figures
• Performing journal adjustments and updating the Masterfile as needed
To be considered for this position, candidates should have:
• A matric certificate
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience with sectional title or homeowners’ associations
• Proficiency in Windeed (preferred)
• A tertiary qualification (advantageous)
