The company is an active investor and operator with a growing portfolio of industrial assets across key Western U.S. markets. With a disciplined investment strategy and strong institutional capital relationships, the firm continues to expand its industrial platform through both acquisitions and development in high-growth logistics and distribution corridors.
As the portfolio continues to grow, the firm is seeking a senior asset management professional to lead the strategic oversight and performance optimization of its industrial investments.
The Position
The Vice President of Asset Management will be responsible for the strategic and financial performance of the company’s industrial portfolio.
Working closely with the executive team, acquisitions professionals, and operating partners, the VP will drive asset-level strategies focused on maximizing value through leasing, operational improvements, capital projects, and portfolio optimization. The role will also oversee asset management team members and play a key role in investment decision-making across the platform.

Role Responsibilities
- Lead the asset management strategy for a portfolio of industrial properties, focusing on maximizing NOI and long-term value creation.
- Develop and execute business plans for portfolio assets, including leasing strategies, capital improvements, and repositioning initiatives.
- Oversee financial performance of assets, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Work closely with leasing teams, property managers, and operating partners to optimize asset performance.
- Provide strategic input on acquisitions, dispositions, refinancing, and recapitalization decisions.
- Prepare and present asset-level performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and investors.
- Oversee capital improvement programs and ensure projects are executed on schedule and within budget.
- Lead and mentor asset management team members while fostering collaboration across acquisitions, development, and property management teams.
