Job Summary

A leading global logistics and infrastructure investment manager is looking for a Vice President of Strategic Key Accounts in China, based in Shanghai. 
The Vice President of Strategic Key Accounts will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to manage and grow relationships with the most critical clients in China. This role requires a deep understanding of the logistics and real estate sectors, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Strategic Planning: Formulate and implement strategic account plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential new clients.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations, finance, and marketing, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of account managers, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring professional development.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in strategic account management, business development, or a related role within the logistics or real estate sectors. Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
