Property Management

As a Property Manager, you will be undertaking all aspects of day to day management of commercial, retail and residential property acting on behalf of funds, property companies, private investors etc. Property Managers are most often employed by a real estate consultancy offering a property management service to Investors for a fee.
Tasks include day to day management of properties, rent collection, service charge management, repairs and maintenance and landlord and tenant issues, etc. Property Managers will also put forward recommendations with regard to asset management initiatives. Some consultancies offer specialist property management teams who may focus on a specific property sector.
