Simon joined Macdonald and Company in 2016. Following a decade of management experience in the sports industry, he rapidly progressed through the business to Director in 2022.
Based in the Manchester office, he specialises in the regional (Midlands, North, and Scotland) market, dealing with everything that falls under the ‘General Practice’ umbrella. Simon’s key focus is on client-side (Prop Co, Investor, Developer, Occupier) roles, mainly in Property / Asset / Estate Management, Investment, and Development. He operates at all levels from C-Suite through to Graduate.
He is solution-focused and thrives on a challenge. This drives him to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates alike, always keen to add value by providing up to date advice on salary benchmarking, the recruitment process, availability of resource, and the market today.
