Having an extensive background in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, Iris is a self-motived, mature, independent, result-driven and adaptable person with mass recruitment experience both in Hong Kong and PRC.
She is willing to explore something new and challenging in her career life referring to her various recruitment experience across different areas including Sales & Marketing, Banking & Finance, IT, and Architecture & Interior Design in both in-house and consultancy side. She always being helpful and efficient to place candidates to the right client as a consultant and source the most suitable candidate for the company when she was HR.
Successfully transferred from HRBP to a Head-hunter, she has a full understanding of the dominant needs of clients and how to work with them, which led her to build a strong and good relationship with the existing and potential clients.
