Jill has worked for Macdonald & Company since 2002, where she built a wealth of experience in recruiting for permanent and temporary roles. She has a particular specialism in the freelance/ interim market, sourcing property professionals largely under the ‘General Practice’ umbrella.
Jill recruits across a broad spectrum of roles ranging from asset management, valuation, landlord & tenant and rating surveyors, through to project management and facilities management specialists.
Based in the Manchester office, Jill recruits from the Midlands up to and including Scotland, where her core clients comprise public sector organisations, consultancies, developers and retailers of all sizes. She prides herself on helping clients to find short and medium term solutions to time-critical issues such as peaks in workloads, specific fixed term project requirements, maternity and paternity leave and sickness cover.
Jill is vastly experienced in supplying suitable candidates under the full range of engagement models, whether hourly or daily rates or fixed term salaried contracts.
