With over 10 years recruitment experience and joining Macdonald & Company in 2019, Macy's expertise lies in technical, construction and engineering recruitment. She has also worked in a US listed Construction Consultancy as an in house Talent Acquisition.
With both external and in-house recruiter experience, she understands how to partner with Department Managers and understand their needs to deliver all-rounded HR and recruitment advisory.
The majority of her placements include those in development and contractors for projects, working predominantly in the construction, technical and engineering sector.
